Drake isn’t having the best week. Chris Brown says Drake hooked up with Karrueche Tran, which is the reason why Breezy and his girl broke up. Chris has been talking a lot of smack, so who knows if that’s true.

One thing that is certain — Drake and P. Diddy got into a very authentic fistfight in Miami on Saturday night. They were celebrating DJ Khaled’s birthday at LIV nightclub, and sh-t got real. The NY Daily News says the two men got into it after Drake said something “nasty” to Diddy’s girlfriend, Cassie. An onlooker was quoted as saying, “Drake definitely got the s–t kicked out of him” and landed in the hospital with a dislocated shoulder. DJ Sam Sneak tweeted that Diddy and Drake were not fighting over a girl:

Page Six has a weirder account of how Diddy and Drake were arguing over song rights. This is so strange it might be true:

Rappers Sean “Diddy” Combs and Drake got into a fight outside a top Miami club Sunday night.

According to witnesses, the fight started outside Liv at the Fontainebleau Hotel following an argument regarding music rights to an unknown song.

One source told us, “Drake and Diddy got into it outside the club. They were arguing over the rights to a song, and got into a physical fight. Diddy claimed that Drake was using music without the proper rights.”

The source denied other reports that the fight was over Diddy’s girlfriend Cassie, adding that once the fight was broken up, Drake left the scene while Diddy went inside the club.

Both were attending a birthday party for DJ Khaled at Liv. Rick Ross’ DJ, Sam Sneaker, who was also there, tweeted, “Diddy put hands on that boy… And he Ain’t go 0-100 … That boy left.” Sneaker tweeted just before 7 a.m., “Drake at the Hospital Smh.” That claim could not be immediately verified.

A rep for Drake didn’t comment, while Diddy’s rep could not be reached. A rep for the club declined to comment.

Two grown men, throwing down outside a nightclub over copyright law. How bizarre. By all accounts Drake, 28, got the smackdown by a 45-year-old man. These two both need to grow up, but — silver lining — at least they weren’t fighting over a woman. They were fighting about grown-up dude stuff. Yeah, nevermind. They’re both fools.

Some outlets speculate that the feud may go back to February’s NBA All-Star show in New Orleans. During a joint performance, Drake threw down his own mic and grabbed Diddy’s mic during a performance. Then Diddy was forced to pick one up off the ground. As Michael K. would say, “escandalo!” Here’s a video clip of the mic switch. It doesn’t look like much to me.
